Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get a full or partial refund according to the below policy and purchase.

REFUNDS

You must notify us through email for the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of the service if the order submitted with complete documents. In case we filed the application with the IPO office, we cannot refund you fully because the order contains an IPO government fee also and in any case, you cannot ask for a refund after filing the application. However, we may refund you partially in certain circumstances that are at the discretion of the compliance team. The partial refund only applicable on Premium and Professional Packages. NO REFUND ON STANDARD PACKAGE.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

After receiving your order cancellation request, it may take 3 days to investigate the matter and if approved by the refund compliance team, you may be issued with the refund in 7-10 days either fully or partially which depends on case to case.

EXCEPTIONS

The refund or cancellation request submitted after 24 hours shall not be entertain. However, this varies on case to case basis.

Please Note

In case of a refund, a 10% processing fee shall be charged on the refund amount.
